Club Wyndham Avenue Plaza, New Orleans

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite spacious and nicely equipped with a full kitchen, but they tended to get chilly quickly, which affected my comfort. The service was friendly despite a lapse in room cleaning, and the location was amazing, offering easy access to the French Quarter and the St Charles Streetcar line. Unfortunately, the lackluster dining options were a letdown, and the facilities could use some improvement.

The hotel rooms are spacious with some signs of wear but have soft-close features, offering a nice, albeit not extravagant, stay. The service was professional but had some issues with pushy tour sales tactics. The location is amazing, situated in a quieter area with easy access to the French Quarter and charming surroundings. The dining options were limited, but the hotel features a cozy courtyard. Overall, a nice stay with a few minor downsides.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well-equipped to accommodate our needs and had a king-size bed, but the view of the garbage area in the back was not pleasant. The service was excellent and extremely knowledgeable, although there were some undisclosed information from the owners. The location, despite being under construction and unsafe in some areas, was still convenient for using Uber, Lyft, or the Street Car. The dining experience left much to be desired, coupled with high-pressure sales tactics you might encounter. Overall, it was a stay with both positive and negative aspects.
